The SL Tennessee Clinton 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run course takes runners along Riverside Drive toward Riverbend Road with flat terrain along the Clinch River. The Start & Finish line will be near 19 Riverside Drive near Lakefront Park in Clinton, TN 37716. The Clinton 5k is a member race of the Run and See Tennessee Grand Prix.

The Clinton 5K race is an annual fundraising event presented by The Education Foundation for Clinton City and Anderson County Schools. Over the years, the race collected over $50,000 to benefit Health and Wellness Grants. These grants are awarded to teachers and instructors to initiate, maintain, and continue health and wellness activities and practices with the students who are enrolled in the schools. The Education Foundation is pleased to offer the opportunity to apply for funds to support the emotional, mental, and/or physical health and wellness of students enrolled in both school systems.
